Americorps members will be managing the Virtual Tech Bar. Between the hours of 12-1 daily, parents can call in for support and talk to a person.
The Americorps member will attempt to assist the parent or take their information, determine the best action and return their call.
The phone number is (855) ICS-TEC1. If parents call outside of the live help time they can leave a voicemail with their information and their call should be returned by the end of the day or the next morning.
