Thank you for your interest in ICS. The lottery for acceptance for the 2018-2019 school year took place on Friday, March 9.
You can find out about the results by:
– Visiting the Lotterease.com website and logging in with the email and password you used for the application.
– Our registrar, Ms. Inye, will send an email to the addresses entered into the applications. This email will state either that your child has been accepted or placed on waiting list.
– A physical letter will be mailed to the families who did not have an email address when the application was submitted.
IF YOUR CHILD HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, you must bring to school the following documents:
Required documents for all new students:
Birth Certificate or I-94 or Visa (green card) or Passport
Form 3231 Immunization
Form 3300 EED (ears, vision, dental)
Social Security Card
Utility bill (Georgia power) or lease/mortgage)
Guardianship/Custody Documents (if applicable)
Include additional documents for grade 1st-5th only
Recent report card/progress report
Recent test scores (Milestones, MAPS, etc.)
Special Ed., IEP documents (if applicable)
Withdrawal papers from prior school (due June 1)
ICS is a tuition-free, public charter school. ICS openly enrolls students who reside within the DeKalb County School Districts, except incorporated Decatur and Atlanta school districts. Applicants will be admitted through a public lottery process to determine admission.
